Course Rules and Regulations
To ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all participants, please adhere to the following rules and regulations governing your enrollment in this course.
Enrollment Policy
- All course enrollments are considered final. Once enrolled, students may not cancel, freeze, pause, or transfer their enrollment to a different course or session.
Attendance and Engagement Policy
- A minimum attendance rate of 80% of live sessions or the submission of all assigned coursework is mandatory to be eligible for the course certificate.
Absence Notification Protocol
- In the event of an unavoidable absence, students are required to formally notify their instructor. This notification must be sent via the designated official WhatsApp group within 24 hours of the missed session.
Student Identification Policy for Virtual Classrooms
- To maintain security and accurate attendance records, all students must join all virtual classrooms (e.g., Zoom) using the exact first and last name under which they registered for the course.
- Participants who fail to use their registered name will not be admitted to the session or may be removed from the virtual classroom.
Course Recording Access Policy
- Recordings of live sessions will be made available in a designated drive after the class, subject to technical feasibility.
- These recordings are provided as a supplemental learning resource and are for personal use only.
- All course recordings will be permanently deleted from the drive seven (7) days after the course or session concludes. Students are responsible for downloading any desired content within this access period.
Certificate Eligibility Requirements
- The issuance of the course certificate is contingent upon the following two conditions:
- a) Submission of at least 80% of all class assignments.
- b) Successful completion and evaluation of a compulsory Final Project.
- Failure to meet either requirement will result in the forfeiture of certificate eligibility.
Final Project and Certification Process
- Final Project Assignment: Upon completion of the course curriculum, a Final Project will be assigned to each eligible student. This project must be submitted by the specified deadline.
- Certificate Format: Certificates are issued exclusively in electronic format (e-certificate) and will be sent to the email address registered in your student profile. Physical (hard copy) certificates are not provided.
- The Certificate Issuance form must be completed and returned within seven (7) calendar days to initiate the certificate generation and delivery process. Failure to submit the form promptly may delay the receipt of your e-certificate.
